Steve Gavin is one of Southwest Florida's most sought-after trombone and bass players — a featured instrumentalist across Southwest Florida. His trombone performance career includes classical brass quintet, years of jazz combo and big band experience, and top 100 wedding and event bands. His experience as horn arranger for The Rockefellers’ Band, he brings a deep understanding of real world music theory and applicable musical skills. No matter what your goals are, you can count on finding a pathway to success.

Formally trained in music education at Florida Gulf Coast University, Steve holds both the academic foundation and a local connections throughout Southwest Florida. As Director of Bands at East Lee County High, he shapes young musicians every day — and his private students get that same expert attention one-on-one.
